The location was marvellous - ease of access to Priory Park. It was located in a nice quiet area just off several quiet areas of the lounge, the theatre and Malvern Hills and town centre, a superb base for me. My room 

Good value, really enjoyed this hotel and I would definitely go again. I was here for 3 nights and ate at lounge restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The view was exceptional over the Severn valley and the Priory church. 

Marvellous location, a theatre and a tower a short walk to the building. Besides, very convenient to Edward Elgar. New-fashioned rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and power sockets. A comfortable interior.  

We had suite with great views. The staff was fantastic friendly, decent, nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, more than adequate and competent staff with the attentive service from all staff. Location - great and stunning, near to the main shopping streets, the centre of Great Malvern, and the Priory restaurant. 

Right place for discovering Great Malvern with attentive staff with the attentive service from all staff. Lots of food for breakfast including cereal and pastries. Stunning and lovely location near Museum of Local 

The breakfast offered a good variety including toast and fish; the location was fantastic for being close to Malvern Theatres with a beautiful view of a valley and hill nearby.

Stayed in a modern room with a spacious bathroom. Fantastic service and a restaurant lounge available.- Free Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel.- In a stunning location, especially close to Malvern Beacon. 

The hotel is a short walk to Great Malvern Priory, the Malvern Theatre, Worcestershire Beacon, and the hills. The room was functional and compact, equipped with an iron.- The view of the abbey from the room was wonderful. 

Units with showers. Very central location, near the bar or Restaurant, and pubs / bars / clubs and a short walk to a theatre and a tower.

High standard, newly decorated room and reasonably priced with fantastic views and facing east by the lift plus king size comfortable bed. Rich breakfast by a charming young waitress for all tastes. Stunning and beautiful

New-fashioned and airy rooms with a great coffee machine, a pay television, and a sitting area, etc. A very central location, a short walk to a theatre and a tower.

Conveniently located just a quick stroll from the train station, this place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and pubs 🍻.

The staff were friendly professional, well-trained, would stay here again. Our room was stocked and brand-new provided with excellent views and strawberries.

The room had not so good views.
